Not for "healthy" oaps wanting to get fitter 5 Feb 2009

Bought this for my Mum (in her seventies) who was looking to improve her fitness. She described it as more suitable for people who have perhaps had a stroke or were immobile and described it as "possibly home made". good job it wasn't expensive
