Brief cameos of notable Christians from differing traditions from the pen of an experienced Christian psychiatrist. I know of no other book with such a breadth of knowledge applying Biblical insights into the lives of Christian leaders. Often we can think of such 'greats' from the past in a rather idealized way which ignores the frailty of their insecurities or the strength of their obsessions such that we forget that 'God's grace is made perfect in our weakness.'
You won't get this kind of stuff anywhere else.

Very clearly told stories and interesting. The author goes deeply into the things that are obviously important in a very readable way
