Genes and DNA - the DNA of You! 21 Feb. 2005
A Kid's Review - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Hardcover
Genes and DNA is a book that explores the world of this science. Readers can learn many things, from how genes are passed down through generations, to the DNA of any human body, and to DNA cloning.

One very interesting section of the book is titled, "Nature or Nurture?" This section is about whether something happens naturally, or if it is made to. For example, Are sumo wrestlers naturally fat, or do they do something to make them fat? Can your blood type be changed?

Another section explains the research of DNA since the 1800s. It describes some of the first scientists who discovered DNA and how they did.

Genes and DNA is truly a fantastic book and everyone should read this to discover the fascinating facts of our world and science.

This book came faster than I expected and was in really good condition. For anyone with a Biology, genetics or Anatomy/physiology class this book will also be extremely helpful in explaining really complex processes (obviously dealing with DNA and RNA type topics.)
