Fair play to Mr Brennan, he's typed up his revision notes and persuaded someone to publish them. Unfortunately this seems to have lacked any form of editorial process. There are gaping holes in the material covered (and this is not a subtlety, some headings are followed by rows of dots where presumably there was an intention to add content). More worryingly, there are several parts presented as fact that are blatantly wrong (eg all AAAs should be treated by EVAR). The second part of the book has some SBA/EMQs, which I have not read in great detail as I bought it having already passed section 1, but there are plenty of other places to access questions that do not involve buying this book.
There are practically no revision books available specifically for FRCS so people may feel that this book is worthwhile (I did). It is not, and actually if you repeat some of the stuff in it you may fail.
