Book Description

Black Lace - the leading erotic fiction imprint for women

From the Back Cover

As the metropolis sizzles in the freak early summer temperatures, identical twin sisters Deana and Delia Ferraro are cooking up a heatwave of their own. Surrounded by an atmosphere of relentless humidity, Deanna and Delia find themselves rivals for the attentions of Jackson de Guile - an exotic, wealthy entrepreneur and master of power dynamics - who draws them both into a web of luxurious debauchery.

Their erotic encounters become increasingly bizarre as Deanna and her twin vie for the rewards that pleasuring him brings them; tainted rewards which only serve to confuse their perceptions of the limits of sexual experience.

This book couldn't have been published at a better time. I began reading this just as a lovely warm spell hit the UK, which is exactly what happens in the story - so immediately I could begin to identify. Gemini Heat tells the tale of identical twin sisters Deana and Delia Ferraro, who in the warm weather begin to hot up their sex lives too! The subject matter of twins as a sexual fantasy is common, so you wouldn't be berated for rolling your eyes - but here it's been tastefully done, and for that I applaud the author and urge you to read on.

Deana, an artist, visits a gallery in Delia's place, using her ticket. As she appreciates the erotic art on shows and finds herself becoming a little hot under the collar, a devastatingly attractive man appears on the scene and ramps up her temperature some more! Jackson (Jake) de Guile is an exotic and wealthy businessman who is also somewhat of a sexual deviant. He seduces Deana in the art gallery, leaving her a little disbelieving of what happened, but forced to confess to her sister.

Things become more interesting when the two girls realise that the man Deana has had sex with is in fact Delia's boss! Back in the office, Delia panics when she is summoned to de Guile's office. She needed have worried, though, because what her boss has in mind is far from a sacking... more a "repeat" performance of what happened in the gallery... or so he thinks. Quite unaware he's sleeping with identical twins, as opposed to one woman, de Guile wants to see more of his "Dee."

Now, though, the girls have a dilemma. They're both deeply attracted to Jake, and neither is willing to give him up. So they play a game they haven't played for many years... The Gemini Game.

starts torrid and turns equatorial 31 May 2008
By Harriet Klausner - Published on
Format: Paperback
The Metropolis was already heated when Deana Ferraro attends the "Visions of Eroticism - the de Guile Collection instead of her identical twin sister Delia who is with slimy Russell. Deana realizes coming to this erotic exhibit is exponentially increasing her already over the top sexual frustration of going solo only. She places herself in the images raising her temperature higher than the melted sidewalks outside. Watching her "come" is the artist Jackson K. de Guile, who introduces himself as no talented Jake; she is Dee.

Jake proves an expert on the power of sex. He is the master and she is his obedient servant. He soon turns their S&M pleasures into a competing ménage a trois when Jake brings Delia into the game. Soon the siblings compete as rivals trying to out pleasure each other by winning Jake's special rewards especially vying for his undivided lower head attention.

Erotic romance readers will enjoy this hot contemporary tale starring three full blooded in heat individuals who seemingly cannot get enough. The story line starts torrid and turns equatorial as Deana and Delia compete for the power of Jake who relishes controlling the twins in and out of the bedroom. This aptly named title showcases one of the sub-genre's best at writing XXX dramas.

Imagine being a beautiful, seductive, secretive twin (Deana) who is suppose to be her identical twin (Delia) and stumbles into a dark, handsome and irresistable, sexy as sin man at an Erotic Art Exhibition and all the sizzling, kinky, shocking games played at by alternating one twin at a time. OMG!!! Portia can certainly write HOT, HOT stories. You can feel everything right along with both twins and when they alternate outings - it is orgasmic - following along their shocking feelings and thoughts shared with each other in order to keep the secret of being twins but only one at a time meeting with our sexual hunk hero.....I have probably said too much - oh but the ending was satisfying as well. Will they be caught? Are they totally the same - not just in looks but during sex, in their reactions?........ Grab this wildly, kinky passionate book and settle into a feverish erotic read. Keep ice close - you'll need it from Chapter 1 on..................... Thank goodness I have more Portia Da Costa books to read.
Enjoy!!! I certainly did....

Hot and Sexy! 9 Dec. 1998

Format: Paperback
"Gemini Heat" can tantalize all tastes. It's a perfect mix of kinky and tender sex. Portia da Costa definitely carries on her tradition of hot and sexy novels with this book. Kazuto is one of the most sinful characters I have ever known. This book will definitely enrich anyone's Black Lace Collection.
