Well I will say that it took days to receive the fan, but it appears well worth the wait. The stand is slightly angled which comes as an added bonus making it more comfortable to type. I decided to buy this item as my little notebook would over heat and crash on me. Since using this product it hasn't over heated once. There for it does the job intended. It is very quiet and I can only really notice its on due to the soft blue light. It is a cheap light weight item that does a great job.

I was a bit sceptical about the price and quality of this item. But I needn't have been. Very quiet, contrary to another reviewer. And my laptops' own fan hardly comes on at all now - and it's loud - so I can only assume it works! Bit starwars look about it at night with the blue glow, but I like it. My colleague has a thirty pound cooler and its sounds like a diesel! I definetly recommend this product.

I bought this item because it was cheap and I didn't think my laptop was going to last much longer as it gets very very hot, the pad came within 3 days and I live off shore so that is pretty quick delivery, I didn't realise that it was angled but it is very ergonomic and looks really cool, you just plug in and start, it is very quite, the laptop it self makes more noise and it works great! its so good I am buying another for my husband.

Its been nearly 10 months since I bought this, and its still in good condition. The fan ran very silently at a first couple of months, then went a lil louder, but still acceptable. Read more
