Just back off a 2 day trip to lakes in mid July. I "wild camp" at altitudes of 400-600m in the Lakes where temperatures in summer can touch freezing at night and last years sleeping bag was just too cold. Weight is important to me as obviously everything goes on my back so I was about to spend 200 on a Rab/Mountain Equipment down jobbie when I saw this and thought - "What, 39quid for 0 degree comfort rating and 1200g weight, gotta be worth a go"... well Im glad to say it was.
On the first night the bag kept me very warm wearing only a t-shirt, shorts and socks at altitude and last night i just needed shorts as it was much warmer. Downsides which make me give 4 stars are that at 6'3 Im a touch too tall for this bag and the bag is a very snug fit so if you're broad and you like to be able to move then give this a miss. For most "average" users (anyone between 5"3 and 6"1, slim to medium build) I cant think of better for spring to autumn outdoors...
