    Why do they sell throw-away hand-warmers, when these are available? They are easy to prepare and go on for years. Not just useful for sports fixtures. My pianist son uses them before a recital, and we are extremely grateful to the family member who first gave him a pair as a Christmas present.

    I am a keen hillwalker and use this product to apply heat to the small of my back after a strenuous walk. I find it helps to relax my tired aching muscles and you can use it again and again. Great product.

    this only stayed vaguely warm for vaguely 30 minutes. Not a lot of use really. I suggest the little hotties. I know they aren't reuseable but they really do stay hot for hours and hours.
