Tested on a camping trip in rainy Ireland in May, tent was very compact, easy to erect and comfortable for one person. May be a bit snug for two people.

This is a great little tent - very small and light to carry in a rucksack or on a bike, enough room inside for 2 people to be snug but not squashed and boots left in the porch stay dry. Looks great and is easy to put up and down. I would definitely recommend it for Duke of Edinburgh expeditions or camping weekends - not for festivals as I like this tent so much I wouldn't want to leave it behind if it got flooded!

this should be renamed "great eiger",a fair size tent in a very small pack, only took 10 mins to erect & that was in my front room, plenty of room for 2 people,or in my case one man & his dog, going backpacking along the south downs this summer so needed something light & small & this is it,get this if you need a quality tent at a good price get this one.

Used this tent at the IOW Festival on the plus side it was easy to put up. It with stood the test of the elements and did not so much as lose a tent peg. However the zip on the outside skin broke off and it is quite small for two people for more than a couple of days due to very little storage space and as the front zipper broke we could not store anything at the front. In a nut shell cheap cheerful but not recommended for more than a couple of nights.

Its a great little tent but one issue I had with it even for a two man it was small for a two man tent im 5ft 9 and my partner is 5ft 7 and me and her found that if you anything above 6ft (like our friend) you will find it cramped but it was used during a lot of rain not once leaked and because you have a inner and outter tent if errected correctley (I.e the outter tent is not touchin the inner tent) you dont suffer with condensation it is very easy to put up took me about 7 or 8 mins to put up on my own and thats with out reading the instrutionsand very easy to pack away the main good piont for me considering it was a camping trip for motorbikes (I.e a bike rally) wieght was a major factor and this tent cant weigh much more thank 4kg so a great buy if your not too tall and are going to use it on your own.

I've finally got round to using this tent at the weekend and I was really impressed with it. I put it up on my own in a gale and pouring rain for the first time and it was a doddle - I only briefly looked at the instructions too. You put the inner tent together first which is just two poles and then put the outer tent over it.

Although it was heavily raining it kept me dry and the wet did not penetrate the inner tent. The tent also packs small and is light to handle. After having cheaper basic 2 man tents this really was a lot better and well worth the money. Also its possible to put your shoes between the inner and outer tent so you don't have to have them in with you if they are mucky.

Putting the tent down after finishing with it is as easy as putting up and is quite easy to get back into its carry bag. I know sometimes this can be a real pain on other tents to do. Again, I did this in the pouring rain and gales.

Not sure how good it would be for two people as its slightly smaller than other 2 man tents I've seen I think but for 1 person its great and I'm over six foot. I had plenty of room for my stuff and there was plenty of room to move about inside.

The only bad bit over my weekend was the gale winds did catch it a few points and pushed one of the poles into the other so mishaped the tent until I flexed the pole back. I had a look later on and I think you could tie the outer tent to the inner tent but think this would be a bit tricky and not sure how you would do this. Ideally they need to put a few more loops for the poles closer to the top of the tent to stop this from happening. One of the tie downs on the outer tent was frayed a bit, not sure how it happened but would be easy to replace as the guide lines are quite long. The ground sheet is a little bit thin but fine, will be interesting to see how it goes with further outings but fine so far.

A good size for one person plus kit and fine for two people sharing intimately. The main problem with this tent is the design of the entrance. If it's raining and you open the outer door, the water runs straight from the top of the tent into the porch area and directly onto the inner door (or into the tent if the inner door is open). Very badly designed. Fine for dry weather though.

I used it for Leeds festival (which was rained on every night) but I was dry and warm. Was spacious for one with camping bed, equipment and booze ;) but you'd have to be a couple to share it with a friend :) would be intimate
