I wanted a retro phone, and so I bought this Geemarc Mayfair Two Piece Black telephone....
... with authentic ring, either high/low bell, and either high/low or off ringer.
It looks the part, styled to look like a dialler, but actually push buttoned, including 'star' * and 'hash' # keys, recall & redial buttons, for modern requirements.
I'm delighted with it, it looks good, it sounds good, it does the job .... 10/10

As you would expect for the price this is a fairly cheap piece of kit. It looks fine but it's very light - so light in fact when you pick up the receiver you quite often end up lifting the whole phone in to the air. It's also not particularly well made - within a week the cable to the receiver had separated itself from the main body. In fairness, however, Amazon replaced it very quickly and (6 weeks later) the replacement seems fine. Buy this for its looks.

This reproduction 50s/60s telephone sits on my entrance hall table.
The mechanical bell is just like my old G.P.O.phone,and I love the sound of years gone by.
The 1471 and 1571 can be accessed by pressing the number buttons if you are registered for the free service with B.T.
For me lack of caller display is not a problem as I have a cordless phone should I need to use it for that purpose.
Hash and Recall are a welcome addition. The phone has a solid feel to it and a pick up handle is incorporated just behind the receiver if you need to lift the phone for any reason.A real smart addition to my hall table,---I LOVE IT !!
