Don't buy! it is the most user un-frendly item I have ever purchased, I would give it zero stars if I could -- The buttons are in the wrong place, when you go into the address book if you do not press the OK button in the right sequence you have to start again -- you never know if there is a message waiting unless you pick up the phone (It should have a flashing light) -- The only good thing about it is the sound -- There MUST be better phones on the market for the Deaf
