The Geemarc Clearsound CL10 is an easy to use, big button gondola style phone. The CL10 is fully hearing aid compatible for interference free telephone conversations. The CL10 has 2 levels of volume up to 17dB.The CL10 has 3 direct memories and 10 two touch memories for easy use. Other features include a visual ring indicator, a mute function and it is wall mountable. The CL10 does not require a power cord.

My wife had worn hearing aids from age 6. She had this phone for about 18 months now. It is very basic but does what it says in that it has 3 levels of volume control (with the highest quite painful for normal eardrums!) Modern phones have a failing in that almost all have poor volume control or no adjustment at all. With the onset of digital this has got even worse in that max volume is almost required to be able to even hear it comfortably for normal ears.(not that digital and hearing aids are even compatable. She tried a selection of the best analoue phones at work (through the audiology dept - she is a hospital worker) and this was by far the clearest. Its downside is that it is very basic. 3 memory buttons is about it. But the upside is a visual flashing light on top of the handset if you want to turn the ringer off. Buttons on the underside of the receiver make for a small gondola phone but can be easily pressed if trying to wedge to your shoulder when using your hands to make notes.
Cheap as chips makes it a real bargain and we now have 3 spread around the house. Available in white and black.

GEEMARC CL10
I bought this telephone after reading a review written by P. Coletti.
The CL10 is everything he said and for the first time in years I can actually hear what people say without any difficulty at all.
I was so pleased with my new telephone I told my very hard of hearing and partially sighted mother. She has tried the majority of telephones for people like her - mostly supplied by the local deaf/blind society and they havn't been much use to her.
She now has her own CL10 and it has "changed her life". She uses this phone on its highest setting and doesn't need to use her hearing aid (she can use her digital hearing aids using the medium setting on the phone). I can't stress how surprised and delighted she is - as we both are.

I bought this phone for my mother who is very hard of hearing.
Over the past 6 months she has gradually become unable to hear anyone who calls her on the phone. She became depressed about this as it was embarassing for her and she had to give up calling firends and family for a chat. On searching the internet this phone came up and after reading the other reviews I decided to give it a try. Wonderful, my mother can now hear everybody, is no longer afraid to answer the phone and is back to her happy chatty self. I would definately recommend this phone.

Phone for the hard of hearing
This phone is for the hard of hearing. But the ringer is so soft you cant hear it!! Once you have answered its fine as the you turn the speaker volume up. Read more
