I got this armband for my girlfriend along with the Sony Walkman for the ultimate gym experience!
The product is well built and seems to be very resistant. The material is quite nice and I am sure will not scratch the skin.
The only problem is that it is not 100% adapted to the walkman... Indeed to change track on the walkman, it is not a press down button but it is a rotating wheel. When the mp3 player is in the plastic pocket you can not rotate the skip buttons. You get the picture.
I am sure this is not a problem if you make your playlist at home and are sure not to wish to skip any song, but in shuffle mode you may want to skip songs from time to time...
I will have to cut 2 small windows to allow my lady to skip all the bad songs I put in her playlist ;-). Will not be too difficult and should be reasonably OK on an aesthetic point of view.

This product would have been perfect for my Sony NWD-B105 MP3 Player, except that is was way too big. It would appear that this armband is for men or people with quite thick arms - mine isn't particularly skinny. It's a shame there doesn't seem to be a female's version.
The armband is described as being for MP3 players/phones, but you have to read the small print to discover that it fits players and phones "up to 85 mm x 35 mm x 15 mm". Well, I don't know of any mobile phones as small as that - about the size of a usb stick. So, I was given one for my birthday and there's no way my phone will fit into it. I suppose I'll now have to ask for a small mp3 player for Christmas to go with it. Ho hum.
