It's a good quality product, mostly well designed and well put together. Certainly a vast improvement over Zen's own design. However, I bought it for a Zen Mozaic and while the player does comfortably fit (with a little room to spare) you can't actually connect headphones as there is no hole punched out to fit the design of the Zen Mozaic. Not an unusual situation for a multi-purpose design but a little frustrating so can not give a 5 star rating. Good job I've already got a leather punch to do the job!
