I bought this to use in the gym with my Creative Zen MX and it does everything I need it to do. The arm band is easy to fit and adjust, comprising of a simple Velcro strap and pouch in which to place the MP3 player.
The pouch is a little bigger than my MP3 player, but it's secured by flap at the top and no concerns about it falling/flying out whilst I pound the tread's. It has a small elasticated "thingy" through which you can feed the wire of your headphone's to ensure the cable doesn't get yanked out whilst you're moving aorund, and I have also found the various holes in the side of the pouch as useful to feed the cable through as a way of keeping things tidy and reducing the amount of cable flapping about whilst I'm working.
Aesthetically, much better than armbands I've had for other MP3 player's that usually comprise of an elastic band (which always ends up looking tatty) with a bit of Velcro and a silicon rubber pouch for the player; it's just a little nicer to look at.
Plus, it's worth mentioning that a HTC Desire fits snugly into pouch and the touch screen is usable through the clear plastic casing.

I have an old CreativeLabs Zen 20GB, which I love, but wanted a way of carrying it when exercising. This product solves that problem. It is made of soft neoprene, which feels good on the arm and does not cause excessive sweating. I don't have especially big arms so I was worried that the strap might not fit. However, the velcro on the fastening is long enough to accommodate my minor muscles and people with larger and smaller arms. The holes for earphones, power, etc are roughly in the right places and work with a bit of wiggling. The one downside is the plastic screen on the front, which is so thick it is difficult to press the buttons on the mp3 player. Not a major problem, just irritating.

For the price, this is pretty decent. I've had it for 6 months now. I use it for my Blackberry Tour, and my 60GB Creative Zen Vison M. Initially it was a tight fit, I had to stretch it out a bit by putting in my Zen, and putting some cardboard behind it--it appears to be actual leather so it does stretch. It fits fine now. However, it's still not real easy to use the buttons on my Zen when it's in the holder. Another problem is that the "velcro" is not very sticky. I replaced it with better holding velcro that I got from the local arts and crafts store. And the plastic pieces that the adjustable arm band fits through tend to twist sideways when tightened. There are no holes on the side to plug in headphones to my BlackBerry, but I usually just put it on speaker and run in the country w/o headphones--works great for that. The stitching on it seems very durable though, even with all the stretching I did on it, it didn't blow out a seam or anything.
All it all, it's good for the price. Not perfect, but it meets my needs and it's holding up much better than I expected.
