I have a MicroKorg and knew how hard it is find bags for them. The official ones come directly from America, so it would pointless to order one when the shipping would almost be the same price as the bag.

Gator bags have a good reputation, and I bought mine based on this. It fits the Korg perfectly and is well padded inside. Their is one large pocket on the side which can house my Power cable, audio cable, and memory-bank card. Again, this is padded.

2 chunky zips close the bag up and haven't let me down, which is always good (zips are always the weak spot) and the shoulder strap is ideal, because the MicroKorg itself is very light, so I have no problem carrying this around.

Can't recommend it highly enough - I've used it more for storage than taking out! My order was from 'Tone-Deaf-Music', who supplied it quickly by Royal Mail, fully sealed and new.

Recently bought a Boss GT-10. Saw this Case listed in the "customer also bought section". I'm impressed.

The GT-10 fits perfectly, was worried that it would either be a tight fit or slighty lose but it's not. The Bag is well padded out, the carry handles feel strong and well made. It also has a shoulder strap which has a rubber pad so it sits comforable on your shoulder and doesnt slip or dig in like some other bags. And with the front pocket theres plenty of room for the power cables.

I have a Marshall haze 40 Amp and Gator make an Amp cover with wheels and a pull handle. I'm considering getting it after seeing the quality of this case.

If, like me, u have a Korg MicroKontrol (or something roughly the same size) and budget restriction(s) u couldn't ask 4 a better bag. I'd come across a flight case for £75 - I couldn't afford it & didn't really need it (although I'd just flown with it in my hold luggage, wrapped in bubblewrap & jumpers, after which 2 keys were sticking) but I was thinking about it; happily, the next link I clicked took me 2 this Gator bag - result :-).

The pocket on the front is perfect for leads, notes, power supplies etc and although I wasn't happy with the brightness of the motif on the front, I solved it with a couple of permanent markers - it's still legible (I'm not in the least ashamed of having bought a bargain bag) but a bit more subtle :-).

Sadly, I assume that a bag can only be made this cheaply thx 2 China's distinctive brand of labour relations but, on my current budget, that is something I feel I cannot fight at the moment. I will. Asap.

I am a regular gigging musician, and I needed something to carry my loose bits and pieces in - DI box, guitar stand, cables etc. I had used backpacks before, but the problem with those was finding one long enough to hold the guitar stand comfortably.

This does the job perfectly - the stand lies in flat, the cables pack around, and it looks a lot more professional than an old backpack!

I have brought a Boss GT 100 guitar effects pedal board and needed something to put it in to help look after it rather than it just be kept out all the time and this fits snug and does the job great!

I needed a padded bag to transport my MicroKorg keyboard to gigs without it getting damaged. Compared to the other MicroKorg carry case in a similar price range it seems to provide a lot more padding and protection for the keyboard. It's quite roomy so you can chuck in stuff like cables and power supplies. If I could change anything about it I would like an internal velco strap or two to hold the keyboard in place, but for the price you really can't complain. Certainly feels sturdy enough to last a while.

It isn't the one pictured, but that's probably a good thing as the Gator logo is red instead of garish purple. The dimensions are the same.

The only real difference I can see from the picture is that they've saved themselves some money by switching from an embroided logo to a matt finish laser printed logo. The logo will probably peel over time, but at £20 I don't know why they were wasting the money on embroidery anyway and I really don't care if other bands laugh at my cheap bag as I walk into a gig. I'm far too rock and roll to care what they think :p

The bag is otherwise as described and by far and away the best purchase for carrying a pedal when you don't want to spend £60+ on a hard-case. Particularly if you plan on carrying this on your shoulder because your amp is too heavy to carry with one arm and doesn't leave you with a free arm to carry your flight case. A flight case is for flying; if your band is doing that well then stop looking at a £20 bag, and stop living my dream whilst you're at it ;)

My Line6 HD400 is a robust bit of kit, so I'm not overly worried about it getting damaged in transit I just won't throw my amp on top of it, I just needed something to stop it getting scuffed, and to make it more portable. This bag will do the job nicely.

-P

There's not a lot of information or advice out there for owners of the Zoom G7.1UT in terms of suitable carry cases, so you are shooting in the dark using the dimensions of the pedal and the dimensions of various other bags out there. I thought I would add this review so that fellow Zoom owners have a bit more information.

I took a punt on this Gator bag based on the advertised dimensions and have found that it is an ideal carry case for the pedal. The pedal itself fits pretty neatly in the main compartment along with the AC adapter (perhaps a little roomy if you're looking for a really tight fit - there is a little movement of the pedal within the bag when you're carrying it around) while the front pocket has ample room for a couple of cables, slimline headphones (full monitor headphones might struggle) and the pedal's manuals.

The bag itself is pretty sturdy with decent carry handles and a shoulder strap. The padding is ample to keep the pedal safe if you're simply using it to transport to practice or keep it dust free in your house (and your cables out of the way). At around £20 the price is also pretty attractive and a much more plausible alternative to spending a fortune on a flight case that would cost as much as the pedal itself.

Hope this helps other G7 owners
