I've heard Gary writes every word himself, and judging from the quality of the recipes as well as the personal touches, I believe it. Unlike plenty of cookery books, these recipes work and there's always something fun and new. I learn more every time I open it to read, even after all my years of cooking as a hobby. No kitchen is complete without this talented chef's input and this is his best book so far.

A good cookbook, that a decent cook would be able to successfully make, the tempting recipes. It has some wonderful photos as well.
