I have this book and have found it to be one of the best I have encountered. The book is easy to read and understand. It comes illistrated with easy instructions to follow. As an ameature cook I like to experment with this these types of things. The first time I used this book to do a vegetable tray I got nothing but great complaments on the garnishes. This book makes the hard looking things simple to do. Well worth the price.
