The product was incompatible with my Garmin Nuvi charger, it did not fit at all. I then ordered the original parts from Garmin.

Professional?? Hardly.... this item doesn't seem like a genuine Garmin product as indicated, more likely a 3rd party produced item. It's clunky and bulky, and the cable plugs in the side rather than the back so doesn't look tidy. The genuine Garmin items that come included with the Nuvi 300 are far superior.
very good for holding the sat nav in place and charger plugs into holder. Just 1 problem is the screw did not fit into the hole very well and needed gentle persausion with a hammer (hope it doesn't have to come out at any point in the future).
