Forerunner 110 comes bundled with a heart rate monitor to track and display your heart rate in beats per minute so you can see how hard you’re working.
Forerunner 110 features HotFix satellite prediction, which means it locks onto satellites quickly so you can be out the door and on your run in no time. It also has a high-sensitivity GPS receiver to stay locked onto satellites, even near tall buildings or under tree cover.
Forerunner 110 can be worn as a watch even when you’re not working out. The battery lasts up to eight hours in training mode and two weeks in power-save mode and is easily rechargeable through a plug-in docking system.
