I bought this mount a couple of weeks ago and i am very happy with it. The mount is made of silicone and can be easily adjusted to the shape of the cars dashboard. It does not move at all, even when going through narrow turns at high speed. I have a 3 series BMW and a mini cooper. Works perfect in both cars.
When stopping somewhere you just take the nuvi with the mount and hide it in the footwell. When not needed you just fold it and put it into the glove locker. I would buy it again.

GARMIN 010-11277-00 AUTOMOTIVE
Great Purchase. I hated the tell-tale signs of suction pad on the windscreen. I thought that I would try this mount and although there is some bounce in base, it has withstood motorway cruising, country lanes and even the odd off-road.

Much better than suction cap - no mark on windscreen, closer to eye, and out of direct line of sight of road. Bounced just a bit on dashboard of Auris but otherwise very stable on three long trips and a wide variety of roads.GARMIN 010-11277-00 AUTOMOTIVE
