The suction cup is working fine and has solved my problem at last. My Nuvi was not charging so bought a new battery.No good. Then changed the car charging lead. Still no good. Tried this as a last resort before bying a new one. It worked! Appears that the connection into the side was broken with constant removal from the windscreen. Quick delivery, reasonable price for the item but expensive overall with the "trial and error" bits.

Bought this to replace original mount that came with SatNav as it had broken the connector due to detacing from the window. This item is identical to the original and works well also delivered very quickly and safely.

I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency that this arrived. It works perfectly replacing the one that originally came with my Garmin SatNav. It is an original item, not a cheap copy. One word of advice , take care when fitting and removing the power cord as the socket is not robust and can break away from the internal circuit board stopping your SatNav from working.

This unit failed to work after 2 years casual use. The socket into which the charge cable is plugged is very delicate and became defective. Read more

i bought this mount for my daughters car so she can use my sat nav. it is a genuine garmin mount, very good and cheap. i would recommend this mount to any one.
