It took a full reset of the Garmin 265 WT to accept the card with the Nordic maps. No problem there other than waiting several minutes. I used it extensively on my recent vacation trip to several Finnish cities (Vaasa, Ranua, Turku, Jyväskylä , etc.). It took me well close to the places I wanted to visit but often I had to search, on my own, a little more to get where I wanted to be. One annoying feature is that if one uses the English language the pronunciation of the roads and streets is really terrible and unrecognizable. I work and live in Oulu (northern Finland) part of the year (the other part I work and live in the US Midwest) and thus know enough Finnish to understand the correct pronunciation but in this case it did not help at all. I had to switch to the Finnish language to make sense of the directions. That might not be helpful to a conventional tourist from and English speaking country. Finally it does have a problem with the roads and streets in the Turku archipelago, often it was telling me that was driving on "unpaved roads." My guess is that this map has been tested and optimized for the other Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark and maybe even Iceland) and not for Finland which, by the way, is far more beautiful than the other ones (except perhaps northern Norway).
