Now including our new ProNav DimensionTM software, the ProNav PNN300 provides ERN (Excluded Route Network) data, proving routes which take into account the 'London Lorry Ban' as well as also incorporating time based restriction data, providing vehicle specific routes avoiding the overnight or weekend HGV restrictions.The ProNav PNN300 also incorporates another truck navigation 'market first' which is its 'Dynamic ETATM' feature. Using historic HGV traffic information sourced from real-time floating vehicle data, the PNN300 can analyse the day and time of travel and calculate an accurate ETA based on actual HGV traffic speeds at that time. The ProNav PNN300 allows drivers to enter their vehicles' vital statistics, including weight, height, length, width and the goods they are carrying (normal, corrosive/explosive), the software then calculates a route to ensure drivers are not confronted with roads or obstacles not suitable for their vehicle or cargo. During a journey, the ProNav also warns drivers of hazards such as steep hills, high cross winds and the risk of grounding. These are displayed as icons on the software's maps, well in advance of approach to provide drivers with time to decide whether to change their route. The ProNav can instantly re-route a driver's journey if deemed necessary. In addition, the new ProNav PNN300 now comes with an FM transmitter for audible instructions via the user's in-cab stereo system to ensure instructions are heard in the noisiest of environments.
