The voice-activated nüvi 2370LT includes maps for Europe and North America, free lifetime traffic, Lane assist with junction view, Bluetooth for hands-free mobile phone calls and ecoRoute™.
To keep drivers moving, the nüvi 2370LT includes subscription-free 3D traffic for the lifetime of the product.1
Delivered via traditional RDS-TMC, the service checks the current traffic situation to identify congestion and incidents on your planned journey. An astonishing 80 million sources are used to understand what's happening on the roads, with comprehensive coverage of motorways and A roads across the UK and Europe. If there are queues, you'll be offered an alternative route to avoid any delay.
nüvi 2370LT not only tells you where to turn but listens to your spoken commands. With its innovative speech recognition, you can control nüvi with your voice — allowing you to keep both hands on the wheel. Simply wake up nüvi with a customisable voice command and begin speaking menu options that are clearly displayed on the screen. Tell nüvi "Find Address" and speak an address to start navigating.
No more guessing which lane you need to be in to make an upcoming turn. Lane assist with junction view guides you to the correct lane for an approaching turn or exit, making unfamiliar intersections and exits easy to navigate. It realistically displays road signs and junctions on your route along with arrows that indicate the proper lane for navigation.
With built-in Bluetooth wireless technology, you can sync with your compatible mobile phone for hands-free phone calling and even access your phone book and call history via the sat nav – no need to look at, touch or even find your phone.
nüvi 2370LT has an intuitive interface that greets you with 2 simple questions: "Where To?" and "View Map." Touch the colour screen to easily look up addresses and services and get voice-prompted, turn-by-turn directions that speak street names to your destination.
It comes preloaded with street maps for the UK, Europe, U.S. and Canada with nearly 6 million points of interest (POIs) including stores, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, and ATMs, And with HotFix® satellite prediction, nüvi calculates your position faster to get you there quicker.
Also offered on nüvi 2370LT are features that go beyond navigation. These include ecoRoute™ which can calculate a more fuel-efficient route and tracks fuel usage. There are also travel tools such as a JPEG picture viewer, world travel clock with time zones, currency converter, measurement converter and calculator.
1FREE lifetime traffic updates may not be transferred to another person or another Garmin product. Lifetime traffic extends for the useful life of your Garmin traffic receiver (as long as you own a compatible Garmin GPS) or as long as Garmin receives traffic data from its traffic supplier, whichever is shorter. A traffic receiver's "useful life" means the period during which the receiver (a) has the required technical capabilities to utilize current traffic data service and (b) is capable of operating as intended without major repairs. Traffic content not available for all areas. See traffic coverage areas.
