Bought this due to the belt clips breaking easily (though to be fair only broken 2 in 5 years of use - about 60 days) Was disappointed that the clip part of this is very flimsy compared with the belt clip, though it may not be subjected to the same strains. The carabiner is a bit larger than perhaps necessary then the webbing and the cord loop which surrounds the clip make the whole thing a bit long - 17.5cm from end to end. Almost 19cm if the cord loop pops out of the lower end of the clip - only the side parts fully surround the cord. When correctly assembled, the bottom of a GPSmap60CSx is 27cm from the top of the carabiner. OK for hanging from a rucksac, though swings about a lot. Bangs into your leg with every step if hanging from a belt. There is room in the lower loop of the webbing for another loop of cord or a smaller carabiner so I may try that but will probably revert to using a new belt clip with the wrist strap attached to the belt (via a carabiner for easy removal) so that the GPS is not lost or damaged the next time the belt clip breaks. Garmin design brilliant GPS devices. Very disappointing that the same attention to quality and function is not given to the accessories.
