Not much false advertising on this product, but there are a few things to bear in mind.
1) Factor in total cost to your decision. A lot of the suppliers charge plenty for the shipping, and it doesn't come in a very large box.
2) Assembly is not complicated, but an accurare, firm and steady hand is required for the type of push fit components supplied. It should be easy to see what you're supposed to do (even with the neglidgeable instructions) but it's also easy to damage a component by over or under doing things.
3) Yes, it's not very stable if free standing. So unless you can be sure it's in a peculiarly windless area, I would agree that it is wise to anchor it somehow and to follow common sense practice: put heavier specimens lower down and the lighter stuff up top.

Have had one for about 3 years after smaller one rusted. Now needs a new cover after original one ripped. Here's some tips
1 SPRAY THE INSIDE OF THE METAL TUBES WITH WD-40
condensation means the bottom of these tubes will sit in puddles in the holes inside the plastic side pieces, so protect them and avoid the rust
2 ATTACH IT TO A (south facing-ish) WALL
two reasons - first the stability issue mentioned in other reviews and secondly the wall will store heat in the day and re-radiate it into the greenhouse at night
3 PUT SOME SHEET POLYSTYRENE BEHIND THE SEED TRAYS
this will reflect light onto the seedlings and help stop them growing at an angle
{not too much or you will stop effect 2}
4 DON'T EXPECT TO FILL IT WITH SEEDLINGS
if you use all 4 tiers(I don't) only the top and the front half of the lower 3 get enough light. Use the back parts as a storage area or for larger plants

In theory this greenhouse is good value for money... the metal trays, metal pipes and plastic beams all join together to make a greenhouse which can then be covered with the associated cover (sold separately annoyingly enough).
However, it's one thing for the greenhouse to not be stable, it's another for it to crack and fall apart after falling over a couple of times. It's not that surprising that the greenhouse falls over given it's so lightweight and therefore very dependent on being put somewhere where it's not going to be caught by the wind. However, the plastic joins are flimsy and fall apart or crack making this useless unfortunately.
I'd definitely recommend spending a little more to get something more sturdy

Perfectly adequate with a bit of care

Gardman 4 tier mini greenhouse
This product comes totally recommended. Easy assembly, very sturdy when erected and the shelves are a good size (take most size trays). Plastic cover is robust.
