About the Author
Born in Essex in 1964, Ross Kemp is best known for his portrayal of Grant Mitchell in EastEnders. His father was a senior detective with the Metropolitan Police force, and as a result crime has always fascinated Kemp. In 2007 Ross Kemp on Gangs won a BAFTA for Best Factual Series.

I have read all the books by Ross Kemp and watched all of his series on sky 1. I didnt know what to make of the book at first as it was completly different to his other books, but this book was brilliant! It took me 2 days to read it on holiday and im defiantly going to buy his next book Gang Lnads in Russia. Well worth the money.

Struggled to put the book down absolutely at the edge of my seat, read it in 24hours,have enjoyed this immensely and recommended to friends. I have read many of these books by Ross Kemp and this is one of his best. I followed it with Ganglands Russia which is equally as good a read. If you want an exciting gripping read it's a great roller coaster ride!

An excellent first novel which utilises the author's knowledge and experiences from the television series. Supplemented by his ability to write a fast paced prose that can be read in a single sitting, this is hopefully the start of a series of novels which could build upon each other and allow the characters of Trojan to develop. The second novel is also excellent!
