oh dear oh dear oh dear, blaze what have you done?
after 2 great albums and one average LP blaze still had some work to do to really get himself established on the psychopathic tree,as somehow he has managed to coast by without ever truly delivering his full potential.
he came very close on his previous album clockwork grey, but that album felt too short and as such was a little disappointing when it finishes far to early on every listen.
but then after the dull second album it felt like he was getting back on his feet again.
so...how has he done here?
well from the looks of it he has abandoned all help from ABK and the boys in Twizted and looked almost exclusively to Violent J for help,as he is responsible for 99% of the music on here(according to the credits on the inlay card anyway).
and what have they created?
a dull, repetitive bland slab of substandard rap with poor lyrics over rubbish beats with no melody and anything danceable.
its pretty awful, blazes delivery is as gruff and haggard as always, but i have always quite liked that about him,but the lack of guests other than J make it a dull listen.
a few other faces pop up here and there but they cant save this album, simply because the music is terrible.
psychopathic you have dropped the ball here, blaze please get talking to jamie and paul and make a better album next time.
