This book had my 6 year old writing, without having to fight to get him to put pen to paper. In fact, he kept asking to play more games. I would certainly recommend it to anyone whose child doesn't like writing. Only little downside is that it is from America and is geared towards their First Grade, second grade etc.

I bought this book thinking it would be full of pre handwriting games. It does have a few pre handwriting games, but they're things I already knew about, like mazes. There are only 11 games for 5-year-olds.

The book has 52 games and covers skills like spelling, overcoming the fear of writing, grammar, and writing with style.

It's a great book that I'm sure I'll use, but I've actually found many, more useful pre handwriting activities via google. (search: activities fine motor skills, activities manual dexterity, pre-handwriting activities)
