Sex Games [Cowboy Sex 2] (Siren Menage and More) [Paperback]

Vicky Little was shocked to find herself in the predicament she was in. She was having incredible sex with one man, dating another man, and having hot phone sex with someone new. What worried and excited her was that these men are all brothers. They didn't yet know about the role they each played in her life. Vicky wasn't even sure where she wanted everything to lead because she never imagined herself with three men, but now it was all she could think of. Aspen, Joshua, and Patrick McKay are all incredible men, but are all very different. She loved Aspen's youth and enthusiasm. Joshua could very well end up owning her heart with his kind gentle heart with a side of kink. Patrick was the most difficult to figure out. He is a doctor, but underneath that layer is an ultra controlled dominant man.

One night when Vicky was left in a vulnerable position and attacked, the brothers had to scramble to pull her in under their protection. To find out she was marked for murder brought out their protective and possessive instincts. When the brothers found out the role they played in Vicky's life, it was clear the only way they could all have her was to share her. Just as they all settled into the new life they were trying to create, the other shoe dropped, and Vicky found herself reexamining whether she could actually be with the men she had come to love.

This is a pretty good weekend read. Vicky has had a difficult life, and it is so hard for her to accept and trust in the love offered by the brothers. Aspen and Joshua are wonderful loving men that want nothing but to love and offer her the world. I didn't find Patrick to be a likeable character. The way he treated women was nothing short of reprehensible. Patrick stating that women shouldn't be given the right to make any decisions in their lives, and should make sure his needs and pleasures are met not expecting them to be reciprocated, completely made him unappealing. I don't mind the BDSM play at all, but when it comes to treating women as literal slaves forcing them to eat out of what amounts to dog bowls, and putting them in cages, I am not interested. Had I known about those elements of the story, I might have made a different decision about my purchase.

The heroes have it in Sex Games! One alpha is the strong, silent type. The other brothers are two of the sexiest cowboys I've ever read.

Natalie Acres, in her latest novel, takes the Cowboy Sex series to the extreme. Sex Party had a little suspense included but Sex Games definitely falls into the romantic suspense/mystery sub-genres within ménage romances.

Cowboy Boots and Untamed Hearts remains my favorite but Sex Games is by far the best written from Natalie's collection proving she continues to grow as an author. I'm amazed at how well this series continues to flow and wish (even though the ménage aspects kind of eliminate the chances) a producer would grab up Cowboy Sex and turn it into a television series!

Readers will love Patrick, the doctor who has numerous dark secrets. They'll enjoy how Vicky Little, our heroine, helps him move beyond the past and accept her love. Joshua is just plain sexy. He's an alpha who knows what he wants and showers his attention on the woman he loves. Aspen (love that name!) is absolutely adorable.

Vicky is the older woman for Aspen McKay but in the ménage relationship, it's not overpowering.Acres added a nice touch by creating a younger-man/older-woman scenario in a loving ménage relationship.

In this romance novel, readers will find some violence (though minimal and used to move the story forward). The sex is raging hot, the romance is kick-ass and the book is one of the best written in the ménage genre. True, I still love Cowboy Boots and Untamed Hearts better than any but Sex Games is a mighty close second.

I'm waiting in line for more Natalie Acres books! Delivery is everything and she keeps the hot books coming.

Cute story. Joe and Colt were fierce. All they really wanted was revenge, but Dakota made them both think twice. Dakota was strong and I really liked her character. I kind of wish a day or 2 had gone by before all the lovin' got started - the instant, i love you for always and forever kind of stuff kind of wrecks a story for me, but then again - it is a story.
