Product Description

Martial arts fighter Billy Lo (Bruce Lee) has his suspicions aroused by the sudden death of his friend Jim Hoo. When Billy himself is killed at the funeral, his brother Bobby steps in to investigate. He goes to the 'Castle of Death' where Jim was last seen, stumbling upon a drug manufacturing centre. Bruce Lee's posthumous appearance is pieced together using out-takes from previous films.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worst movie ever? 26 Oct 2003
By A Customer
This is probably the worst movie ever made.
For example, when Billy Lo (Bruce Lee's character) is reminded of his childhood by the bearded abbot, the viewer is shown black and white footage of a young Bruce Lee terrorising an old man.
We are treated to on screen slogans such as "Bruce Lee at age 15"
Finally, when Billy Lo dies, they show footage of Bruce Lee's actual funeral.
Just Shameful. This movie urinates on the memory of Bruce Lee.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not that bad. 15 Oct 2002
Despite getting slated as a cash-in on Bruce Lee's legacy, this isn't that bad a martial arts film. Despite getting top billing, Bruce's character gets killed half way through the film, leaving Tong Lung, the "irresponsable brother" to seek revenge.
The second half of the film, without Bruce's out-takes, is more coherent, and builds to a decent climax.
The fights are actually pretty good overall, especially the final confrontation between Tong Lung and Hwang Jang Lee, a Korean fighter who regularly turns up in Martial Arts films as the "baddie" (Drunken Master, for example), and is a superb fighter.
Not as good as a proper Bruce Lee film, it nevertheless remains a good watch.

2.0 out of 5 stars the man himself would be insulted. 27 April 2013
Format:DVD|Verified Purchase
a right load of cheap rubbish, featuring yet another "bruce lee" fraud who isn't even capable of polishing the master's shoes.
this joke for a film is meant to be a sequel to that other poorly made film from 1979(as if we need a sequel!) but i personally can't see the connection between the two.
what doesn't help this film is seeing unused footage of the real bruce lee from "enter the dragon" and also footage from "fist of fury." it somehow makes it all worse and certainly not better.
the fight scenes might be worth a look but that is about the only faintly positive comment i can make.

4.0 out of 5 stars Hilarious but don't buy for Bruce Lee! 23 Nov 2009
Got this movie as a Xmas present as I am a huge Bruce Lee. Beware though, Bruce is only in fragments of the movie and its all cobbled together footage from out takes and other movies. To be honest my first impressions were not good and I can see why people get upset by the shameful marketing of using a large print of Bruce's face on the cover.
However I decided to stick with it and kept watching. After the first hour I was begining to laugh at the frenetic action and pure ludicrousness of the dubbed english dialogue. Some of the dialogue is really bad but really funny! I imagine if you've seen some other Hong Kong kung fu flicks you'll know what to expect.
My brother and I have watched this film numerous times since and never fail to end up in fits of laughter. Whether this is the true intent of the film I don't know but I can't dispute that its entertaining.
I've given this DVD 4 star as its not really Bruce but it is superbly entertaining. Just make sure you know what you're buying to avoid disappointment!

3.0 out of 5 stars Game of Death 2 12 Oct 2009
Its not as bad as I thought i was going to be but it does have some of the fight scenes put together from his previous films. There is footage used from Bruce Lee's actual funeral which is also used in the first Game of Death.

The fight scenes are good but there is one very silly scene were the hero takes on a very fake looking Lion!

For Hardcore Martial Arts fans only
