I recently purchased this item and found problems putting the gym together,
I contacted Galt and they sent replacement poles straight away and within a few days my little one was happily enjoying the vibrant colours and playing with the gym toys.
She absolutely loves this, I had the Playnest on it's own for my last little one and the gym is a welcome and enjoyable addition.
I am a child minder and use this for other children too and they all love it.
I would definitely recommend this item and if you have any problems just contact Galt!

We borrowed one of these nests and a different type of gym for our first baby and were then bought this for our second baby. The tubes for the arch are really tricky to put together and don't stay together, every time someone even brushes against it the whole thing falls apart. Once you manage to get the arch together many of the fixings are too high for a baby to reach. Another problem is storage, the gyms that fold flat are alot more practical. How many parents have a spare half hour to assemble this each time they want their baby to use it? Having said this the nest is good on it's own for a baby that can sit up and the toys that come with the arch are good.
