I bought this for my sons birthday as he is a huge 'Horrible Histories' fan and already has the Terrible Tudors puzzle. He loves this puzzle and we have already completed it a number of times. The puzzles are not only well illustrated but they are also informative and eduacational! These puzzles are a must buy for all HH Fans!!

A great fun Castle Puzzle - although we did end up with 2 of the same pieces which makes me fear that someone is missing a piece. The jigsaw comes with a little paper booklet giving you info about the era. There is some really good cartoons and fun info on the jigsaw - it is a fun way for children of any ages to spend an afternoon.

I love all the Horrible Histories stuff and this puzzle does not disappoint. Perfect for my 8 year old daughter who loves history. An interesting picture with little snippets of information to add to the educational value.

So much more than just a puzzle... educational, interesting and fun too. A good quality puzzle.

Both my children (aged 6 and 8) enjoyed putting it together and both learnt an awful lot about castles in the process (as did I!). This would make a great present for a primary aged child. Most children seem to really enjoy the Horrid Histories products, they even use the series at my children's school as a fun addition to the more traditional learning. We'll be keeping an eye out for other products in the series.

This is a lovely thick puzzle which is very good quality. If has a lot of detail, and my then 6 year old girl who is obsessed with horrible histories loves doing it either on her own or together. Perfect interim size jigsaw for this age group. Would have given it 5 stars but only criticism is as the pieces are so tight, getting them apart can mean the layers of cardboard separate slightly. Same with all the jigsaws we have in this series.

Jigsaw itself is very very good, and price too was ok, my only reservation was the so called 'educational' leaflet ... its a great opportunity to learn kids about history like the TV program does, the leaflet however is an after thought and held no interest at all with my 9 year old. ... but please don't be put off if you're looking for an excellent Jigsaw
