I love using this while doing yoga--it's the right size and shape, and it doesn't skid because of what it's made of. Good buy.

On arrival this block is slightly wider then my existing one and just that little bit harder to grab in a balance. I can use it but always feel slightly annoyed with it

Good support for the old and creaky! 13 Sep 2010

I bought this because I needed support for Yoga poses which require you to sit on your legs. Sitting on this relieves some of the pressure for us oldies.
