This DVD contains 5 separate 20 min yoga workouts for every workday of the week. The topics are standing positions, twists, backbends, forward bends, and hip openers. Every day deals with only one topic, so you will not be bored. The film is shot before the background of the Grand Canyon with appropriate background music. You can choose between full instructions, brief instructions and Spanish.
I find that during the week, I don't have the time for normal hour long yoga DVDs. This is just the program to support me and other busy people to practice regularly /daily, whenever I don't want to come up with my own program. Isn't daily practice what we all aspire to? The level of the DVD is easy, but you probably shouldn't get to challenging positions in such a short workout anyway.
