After using the power plates at my local sunbed shop and Gym , i was noseying on Amazon at the prices when this one came up which was on offer. My first reaction was OMG it looks nearly the same as the ones i had been using.
I ordered the machine on the thursday apx 18:00 and to my suprise i was absolutley delighted it came on the Friday. My dad put the power plate machine together for me which took him apx 45 mins (bearing in mind he did stop for a couple of ciggy breaks lol), My dad told me it was soo easy to put together.
I arrived home from work desperate to see what the machine was like and i was absolutly gobsmacked, the vibration plates is almost the same as the one i use in the sunbed shop (nb i was paying £30 a month). I could not wait to get on it!.
This does exactly the same as the ones i had previously been on, The vibration plate also has the hand straps which clips to sides which you can use to exercise your arms while on it - added bonus!!! . You cant really see this on the picture, I have had to mention this as it doesnt state it in the description and you cant really see them in the picture, I was debating on this machine and another and nearly bought the other as it did show the hand/arm straps.
The plates have 3 auto programmes - i have been using programme 2 which is used to lose weight etc.
i currently have the machine in the corner of my bedroom - it doesnt take up much space and i find the 10 minute programmes soo convenient to use.
I would definate reccomend this product,not only for the price but also for the quality !!!

I ordered this machine yesterday and it arrived today. Took me an hour to assemble (I'm a 62 year old lady) and I've just had my first session. The machine is very quiet, had it on programme 1 and feel as if it's done me good already. Don't think I'll be able to read a book whilst exercising but I shall certainly put my music on. I didn't expect it to be as easy as it was to assemble but it was a doddle. I looked at more expensive and cheaper machines before deciding to buy this one and I think it's a bargain, very sturdy and why would you need to pay more when it's got everything you could possibly need built in - brilliant.
