I bought this vibro plate and it was delivered really quickly, we set it up in no time, and it works just as well as any I have used before in gyms and saloons. Definitely a great buy, would encourage anyone to get one, and it's not that expensive either real value for money.

This product is seriously good!!! I had already purchased one in October and found it to be very good so i puchased one for my sister who now loves it as much as i do. Its quiet (about the same noise as the dishwasher) and doesn't take up too much room, if your looking for an easy enough way to lose abit of weight try this product!

Arrived today 2 days after ordering, took me about an hour to put it together with very little problems easier than most flat packs, I am surprised how quiet it is, somehow expected it to be as noisy as a washing machine but no...it just purrs. The instructions are basic written in pigeon English but there are photos alongside so its not complicated, would have preferred more info on exercises and how to get the most out of it, but I know I can get those from internet anyway. I have only done a quick "test drive" so far and was impressed it even vibrated my triple chins!!!!! so far so good would recommend
