I bought this heater to keep the ambient temp in the engine bay of my boat above freezing. It does the job perfectly and when matched with a thermostat plug, costs little or nothing to run. It is efficient in a smallish space and is waterproof - which is handy in a boat.

It is working O.K The weather has not been cold enough to put it to the test and I am going to use it in conjunction with a thermostat plug for economy
