I ordered my Airband scanner from Radios_uk through Amazon for £122.50 on the sunday evening and was very pleased to receive it on tuesday morning by Royal Mail Special Delivery . For a scanner at this price it has a very good specification level , you get the military frequencies and it has a high speed scan and high speed search [ up to 60 channels per second and up to 70 frequencies per second ] , you can even insert text for the frequency you have stored , for a scanner at this price it is a good addition . The reception and clarity are very good and there is also memory for 1000 channels , more than most people will ever need . I can recommend this scanner highly . I am very pleased with the product and the service is second to none ....well done Amazon and Radios_uk ....Top marks !!!!

Generally a superb unit... but there are one or two things that are disappointing. The preprogrammed PMR frequencies are incorrectly programmed for the UK market. This is a serious error on the part of the manufacturer. (I Did inform them and they admitted the fault, but it can't be changed)
Steps cannot be entered manually, so this detracts from its user friendliness. Other than those items. I can recommend the scanner. Its very sensitive and has more than adequate band coverage.
