So...you have finished your student days! You had a great time, but want to do things a little differently now. 5 Stars:After thoroughly using my Nosh for Students cookbook for three years, I was eager to try out Nosh for Graduates. I love that each recipe has a photo, great to see how you can present it, so it not only tastes fab but looks it as well. Each recipe has an easy guide to price, ease of making, and cooking time, which is really helpful when trying to decided what dish to go for. Having already made a few, I was really chuffed with the results, and how easy the instructions were. I think I'll be using this book for a long time! Full marks. 5 Stars: As a naturally less adventurous cook, I found Nosh for graduates an easy way to experiment with more varied recipes. It is very easy to follow for the less intuitive cook, in fact, I've made 4 or 5 of the recipes so far and none of them have gone wrong at all! Also, the photos are really helpful in knowing what your dish will look like at the end. 5 Stars:The 'Nosh for Students' cookbook has literally taught me how to cook, and now I can't wait to widen my cooking ability with this book- It's given me so much confidence to try new things already! It's so simple to follow, with the step by step guide, and the photos show clearly what your dish will look like when it's done. I love that it tells you how much each portion will cost to make, and also how long it'll take to prepare as well as cook- makes prepping a lot easier when you have a family to cater for. I also found the 'cook school' very useful at the beginning. You guys have thought of everything! Nosh books are genuinly the only cook books you need!
About the Author
I studied Art and Design at Loughborough College of Art and Design. Among other things, I now use my creativity to write cookbooks. I have been married to Ron for over 30 years and we have two sons, Ben and Tim, who have now graduated from Uni. When my sister and I were quite young, probably 5 and 6 years old, we started to cook, mainly cakes, biscuits and simple meals. By the time I was 12, we would cook Sunday lunch. I love this heritage and am passionate about good food. There is nothing I love more than having a house full of people to feed. I have produced this book as a follow up to Nosh 4 Students . It still provides simple recipes, but ones that progress from the ordinary and utilitarian. I trust that you will enjoy this book and be further inspired to produce great food.

This book is superbly presented and easy to use, the recipes are quick and simple, and importantly taste brilliant! As many households I have a number of different cook books, but this is the only one I use to figure out my weekly shop and calculate a budget, the celeb names sit gathering dust whilst I have found this genuinely indispensable. Many thanks to the authors/publishers and well done!

After receiving this book in the post, I have to say it is the best cookbook that I have in my collection. Loads of practical advice, clearly laid out and fantastic pictures of the food and how to present it. Clearly lays out how to cook it and the price so helps with pricing up meals for the week. I would really recommend this book not just to recent graduates but to anyone. 5/5 stars, two thumbs up and a really happy tummy.

Fabulous
