This is a good idea but it does not work. I tried it on one ear that had impacted wax with absolutely no effect. I used on my other ear which had had several days of treatment with oil and the wax was soft. The only wax that was removed was that which stuck to the point of the gadget. Don't waste your money.

It's difficult to believe that anyone would spend time and money, designing and producing a product that simply does not work. It does have a use though, it's quite good for cleaning keyboards! If ears are your problem forget this.

Mystified
The item I received is not the same one shown when ordering. Instead of the item I thought I selected, I receive two of a different design. Their performance is not convincing.
