I've been following a gluten free diet for a little while now but, I must admit, I find it quite difficult to eat the right sort of foods. In particular, I tend to stick to the same ingredients, so my diet is really lacking in variety. Thank goodness I found this book. It gives the reader an absolute mountain of recipe ideas; eating has at last become fun again.

This cookbook deals solely with gluten free appetisers, and interestingly, matches them up with the appropriate wine. It’s great for making treats for a romantic evening in, or for a party. I’ll bet that your guests don’t guess that all the tasty items on offer are entirely gluten free!

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who would like to experiment with a few new recipes, but who follow a gluten free diet. It’s well written, informative and you can tell that the author has a real passion for food and wine.
