i ordered this because i was looking to replace my 6 second abs which got broke, seeing the cost of this product which was advertised in the same way, i beleived i wqas geting the same thing at a saving- i wasnt and it's not.
the 6 second ab system even the 9 second one has a 'click' system of resistance as part of its selling points, its the way you know you arent wasting your time and energy repeating a task which basically isnt gonna get you any abs, this one has nothing in terms of clicks or resistance, is dead easy to do ( too easy) and therefore has been a complete waste of money because i'm just gonna have to go back and search ( and buy) again..but for the real thing this time!
not recommended, pay up and get the real thing instead.

In principle this should be a decent product, the idea behind it is sound, it exercises the intended muscles very well and it's a well designed rip off of the "6 second abs" machine but the build quality lets it down in a big way.
I used it fairly lightly 3 times. Each time I used it one of the resistance bands broke. A few pennies more spend on more resiliant rubber bands and it could have been a usable product, however as it stands it's of no use to anyone.
It's a shame that a company would go to the trouble of designing, making, packaging and shipping something just to scupper it over 1 little thing!
I ended up returning mine to Amazon for a full refund.

The elastic stariners only lasted for 2 weeks before breaking. OK, I can just about accept this. What makes this item only fit for the tip is that the supplier hasn't sourced any spare/relacement elastics, at least he is not offering any. One to avoid until they get their act together.

Disappointed that within 12 months all the bands have snapped. This is not my first of this product but none have lasted such a short perid of time and gone through so many bands

Do not waste your money
Three of the bands that are used in this machine have snapped with less than half an hours use each. The bands are in pairs depending on the strength, so each pair is now useless. Read more
