The product is actually fine, and for the price I'd say fantastic. My only qualm, is that in buying a pair of size 10/11 44/45 insoles, for a pair of size UK11 shoes, they really are a bit small. They should either have more sizes, or advertise that they're only suitable for 10-10.5.
