Lisa a Jewish girl is sent to a concentration camp just for women. The camp is run by the sadistic Conrad Von Starker a Nazi officer who has never seen combat but longs to be sent to the front so he can be part of the German victories. However while at the camp he fall in love with Lisa due to her bravery and never showing any signs of pain.
The Naziplotation genre started in Italian after the success of Sergio Garrone's controversial SS Experiment Camp in 1976 and this was one of many films made to cash in on the notoriety of that movie. If you have seen any of these Naziplotation movies then you know that this is made on a ultra low budget, poor acting and a ridiculous story.
Adriano Micantoni plays Conrad Von Starker a old German officer who has a weird sexual fetish of watching Jews suffer immense pain. So much that he watches in a dark corner of a room while his mistress the equally sadistic Alma sleeps with the Jewish inmates before cutting them up. His acting abilities however are limited and his character is unintentionally funny.
The gore and violence is surprisingly quite timid for a film that has stirred up such controversy. However even though their isn't much blood on screen the film does feature some disgusting images and the propaganda spoken throughout the film is in poor taste. In one shocking scene, the Nazi generals are treated to a meal of an unborn baby Jew and another we see a woman smearing herself in excrement.
Alberto Baldan Bembo's score has a awful theme song and there seems to be only one other piece of music used throughout the entire film which is a over dramatic instrumental track.
Overall a poor film that's only worth seeing for Naziplotation fans.
