Extended life battery - warning: check the physical size 2 Nov 2010

The battery arrived in about 2 weeks (although a "co.uk" address Batteryupgrade ships goods from Hong Kong) and in good shape but there was a problem in that it was too big to fit in the phone. It was advertised as compatible with the phone model and with the original LG battery serial mumber. It fitted the phone recess and the contact terminals OK but it was too thick to get the back of the phone on again. This, it turns out, is because it is 800mAh whereas the native battery is 400 mAh. I didn't realise that the extended life batteries were simply twice as fat. This should be made clear in the web description rather than merely stating that it is compatible etc. Batteryupgrade responded promptly and clearly to my query, giving instructions for return (RMA) and I later received a full refund (via their office in Holland). An avoidable misunderstanding.
