i orded this item but thay sent me a cheeper one with out the controles tried to phone them to sort this out wont even anser the phone

I bought this to replace the original blackberry earphones as these are "in ear" and being on the relatively expensive end of things thought they would be a step up in quality. They are not original and are rubbish. The button on the microphone is loose, so if you move it taps against the mike. A small but clear sound your end - an ear piercing crashing to the listener. This may be just a fault with mine, but I would be surprised - it is cheap and tacky rubbish. It should be removed from Amazon for mis-representation - what does "genuine retail pack blackberry premium" mean? I probably would not mind so much if they charged a pound, but selling rubbish as quality and hiking up the price is criminal.

I have an iPhone and BB Torch. Although both phones use the same kind of headset socket the designs of pins are slightly different. I was therefore unable to use my expensive iPhone headset with BB Torch.
These headsets were required mainly for conference calls and they very well serve the purpose. They come with leather look small wallet which is very handy. Although the design is not as good as iPhone headsets, you can't ask for more at this price. Very comfortable in the ears and comes with 3 different size cushions. Overall, I would recommend these to anyone who are looking for not-so-expensive headsets for their BB Torch.

Utter Rubbish
These look great but they are rubbish.
You will get feedback through the headphones even if there is no call or music.
