You can find a massive amount of different pages on Amazon all advertising this sleeve. First thing to do is to find the cheapest one (prices do vary, I paid slightly under 12 pounds)...
The product itself is as advertised, a simple neoprene sleeve. It's easy to use, and looks nice. I am not willing to test the claim that it's waterproof though.

I would say good value for your money.
