gut friendly 4 Nov 2009
works wonders on a sensitive gut, the next best thing would be to use natural raw husk itself. this is very useful for someone with food intolerances especially to additives and colouring. it is not citric and still does the same job as orange fybogel. warning you must drink lots of water with it or it has the opposite effect.
