I was prescribed Fybogel by my doctor for constipation - it is good stuff -I think the orange taste is fine and Fybogel is an effective gentle laxative. He told me it is ok to use long term too (but take your own medical advice if you do want to use it long term)

This is the best product I've ever chosen.
I was sceptical about using other mediciens from pharmacies.
Since I've learned this product contains natural fiber
I've been using it everyday to relief my constipation.
It helps me everytime I intake.
